In 2016 I Co-Founded Kortical - where we have built a platform to automate data science - using AI to build AI.We have used the Kortical platform to super charge AI for some of the UKs largest banks, Big 4 consultancies, the NHS and EE, as well as many other businesses across multiple industries.Academic Publications: I currently have 4 conference papers published, of which 3 have won best paper awards at their respective conferences (see below for details). I also have a journal paper which is currently submitted pending review.

Phd In Data ScienceUniversity Of Reading Oct 2010 - Nov 2014Reading, Berkshire, GbMy PhD looked at exploiting the properties of multidimensional spaces for encoding locality information. This is relevant to many fields (such as efficient indexing, dimensionality reduction, compression ect) but an interest in P2P Data Mining led to the problem of estimating latency within computer networks. My thesis presented a way of using non-euclidean spaces to more effectively estimate latencies at half the error rate of the current state of the art. -

Programming AssistantIsr Jun 2009 - Oct 2009I worked a summer internship as a programming assistant for ISR research laboratories helping to create a display which showed how the Hydra middleware platform could be utilized to provide home automation. The display required creating and implementing Java applets on a desktop, an Android smart phone and a LEGO NXT brick via Blue-tooth. I was also required to design and build a scale model of a smart home and automate various aspects of it via actuators, RFID sensors and a webcam.
