Extensive experience representing insurance carriers in complex first-party insurance claim and coverage litigation, including first and second chair jury trial experience in cases involving arson, fraud, and first party damage disputes. I have successfully prepared, argued, and obtained summary judgment for insurance carriers in cases involving a myriad of issues, including additional living expense provisions, insurance application material misrepresentations, intentional loss and/or material misrepresentation exclusions, and the applicability of pollution exclusions.I have significant experience representing and defending insurance companies in pre-suit claim investigations, including regularly conducting examinations under oath of insureds, claimants, and witnesses, engaging with subject-matter experts, and facilitating and conducting scene investigations and site inspections. I represent clients both pre-suit and throughout all stages of litigation.Employing influential written & verbal techniques, I supervise legal teams, engage with in-house counsel, formulate & implement litigation strategies & budgets, and create & present complex information to diverse audiences.
