With over nine years of experience in fleet management and operations, I am passionate about delivering excellence and efficiency in the transportation industry. As the Director of Fleet Operations at Centuri Group, I oversee the planning, execution, and maintenance of a large and diverse fleet of vehicles across multiple states and Canada. I leverage my expertise in customer relationship management (CRM), communication, and social media marketing to build and maintain strong partnerships with operators, vendors, and clients. I also lead and empower a team of fleet managers and coordinators, ensuring high performance, safety, and compliance standards. Previously, I was the Head of Operator Partnerships at Zeelo, where I managed the end-to-end process of sourcing, negotiating, and onboarding new operators for the company's smart bus platform. Before that, I was the Director of Fleet at Student Transportation Inc., where I was responsible for the daily operation and optimization of over 20,000 school buses and drivers. I hold a Master's Degree from Rutgers University.
