• Managed a $210M Chilled Juice, Refrigerated Baked Goods and Snacks & Desserts driving a +117bp out-of-stock improvement, +$2.6M in Sales and saving $4.4M in B Markdowns to LY through weekly forecast analysis, rigorous vendor partnership and BU collaboration. • Drove a +76% comp, +$500k in Sales to LY for the 2019 Easter seasonal program. Maintained both green OOS and Instocks, a +130bp improvement in OOS and +460bp improvement in Instocks over LY. Achieved through accurate allocation analysis, daily inventory sell-through tracking, total team communication, and quick contingency ideation and execution. • Managed unprecedented supply challenges with 82.1% On Time Ship from the largest Chilled Juice vendor through daily vendor reliability calls, partnering on operational improvements with the Supplier Performance team and providing robust communication to IM and Merch leadership, ultimately influencing assortment decisions.
