I serve as a strategic manager of seven account executives across two account teams and oversee the day-to-day execution of account strategy, client service, and project management. I edit and approve all deliverables before they are disseminated to the client to ensure quality. I also support PRLab's branding and marketing efforts by contributing to its blog and social media content. The two accounts I manage are Jorge A. Sierra & Associates and The Boston University Police Department.

Translated legal documents to English, including birth certificates, marriage certificates, police records, and bank statements. Answered all incoming calls, serving as a gatekeeper between attorneys and clients, where I scheduled consultations on Microsoft Outlook, sent invoices, and processed payments. I filled out different immigration forms using legal software and databases per the attorney’s request. Assisted attorneys with organizing, managing, and building cases.

I worked for a house styling company where I was in charge of writing and sending out contracts between the company and the clients. Managed customer's financial budgets and sent them a final invoice for all purchases. Communicated with art providers to purchase artwork, pick it up, and deliver it to clients’ homes. Assisted in organizing and curating homes and handled all social media platforms.
