At YWCA Columbus, I have the distinct privilege of serving our residents at two different shelters by soliciting material donations and mobilizing over 1000 volunteers. I manage the inventory of items such as toiletries, clothing, and diapers and work with my colleagues on the Advancement team to solicit for more as needed. I manage a Volunteer and Donations Coordinator who works directly inside our Family Center. Each year I oversee projects such as our Adopt a Resident Christmas program and assist in putting together campaigns along with major events such as Women of Achievement and Activists and Agitators.

In my role at the Chamber, I managed programs and events that served the businesses and business leaders in the New Albany community. I led the execution of the Leadership New Albany 9-month program and assisted in the planning and execution of New Albany Young Professionals events, luncheons, workshops, and large community events such as the Independence Day Parade & Festival, Oktoberfest, and Holiday Tree Lighting.

During the summer of 2022, I began my transition out of Jazz Arts Group's education department and into a role dedicated towards data analysis and operations. This role was designed based around the skills I had proven myself in over my previous 4 years at JAG. Although I only served in the role for a short time, I was able to make an impact through implementing new data storage policies, creating compelling impact reports for stakeholders, and providing leadership to staff during a time of transition.

My promotion to Assistant Director of Education and Impact was a direct result of taking more responsibility and ownership in the planning and execution of in-school and community based education programming. At this point in my time at Jazz Arts Group, I was independently executing programs serving thousands of students each year and leading the charge in the adaptations our programming needed to take to serve students during the pandemic. In addition, I was managing the education department's success metrics and budget, reporting on these numbers at board meetings and within the development department.At this time, I also began working in collaboration with development, marketing, and executive staff members to make big picture decisions and worked with the board and an outside consultant to lead the strategic planning process.

As the Education and Outreach Coordinator, I managed the execution of many in-school and community based educational programming. I also assisted in the planning, marketing, success measurement, and grant writing for all education programming.

Served as the manager for a team of 30 Office Assistants running the front desks for two residence halls on OSU's Main Campus. I was responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, and managing the staff in addition to contributing towards the hall complex's plans for community building and ensuring resident safety.
