A member of the National Brand and Corporate Communications team working as an AMS Program Communication Associate. Supporting the company-wide AMS transition and will play an essential role in supporting all communications efforts relating to the enterprise project. Responsible for creating and executing communication strategies and supporting change management efforts, to drive colleague engagement and strengthen support and adoption of the AMS changes ahead.

• Supports our Employee Health & Benefits team by creating insightful and impactful employee communications for our clients and their employees through multiple platforms.• Heavy focus on the education and implementation of Employee Benefits year round, including Open Enrollment. • Handles the ongoing development and maintenance of internal and external deliverables to continually offer our clients curated communication solutions. • Member of the Mid-Atlantic Regional Communications Team to create streamlined and innovative solutions, templates and processes. • Collaborates with our Shared Services (employee call center) and Technology departments to create training materials, proactive solutions, ACA materials, technology platform user guides, custom deliverables and much more.
