I am currently a full-time mechanical engineering student at Purdue University. I've been passionate about science my whole life, but witnessing the Falcon Heavy liftoff and landing inspired me to pursue engineering throughout high school and now in college. As a freshman, I participated on project teams in the Engineering Projects for Community Service (EPICS) program.I worked as a mechanical engineering intern at Advanced Power and Energy solutions, performing mechanical design and simulation for their battery storage products. I have participated in undergraduate research through Purdue's school of Mechanical Engineering at the FLEX Lab under Dr. Benxin Wu, creating safety procedures for reactive metal 3D printing (SLM) and designing a 3-point bend testing device. I currently serve as a Propulsion Lead for the Purdue Space Program Hybrid Rocket team, leading a team of 15 to develop a propulsion system achieving altitudes exceeding 10,000 feet. This summer, I am working as an intern at Mitsubishi Electric in Warrendale, PA, with the Power Electronics Team.
