-Head Academic Tutor for ENGG1001 (programming for engineers). Responsible for creating assignments and tests to challenge and engage students in real world engineering problems. Promoted student engagement by leading tutorials where multiple learning styles were used to connect with students.-Academic tutor for ENGG1500 (Thermodynamics: Energy and the Environment) at the University of Queensland. Responsible for leading tutorials where students were taught active problem solving to approach thermodynamic and sustainability problems.

Worked as an undergrad metallurgist with the Iron Bridge Metallurgy team.

I facilitated the care of our native wildlife at RSPCA Wacol, my experiences here taught me how to work together in a team for the benefit of defenceless creatures.
