Mercedes Benz Germany - Direct Sales unites all wholesale and retail functions of the exclusive sale of new and used vehicles to employees of Daimler AG and subsidiaries. The Sales Management team acts hereby as a link between the sales network of the company affiliate business and the central areas. This includes especially sales and order management as well as the design of processes and sales promotion measures.Responsibilities:- Assistant to the Management of the company affiliate business in Germany- Deputy to the Team Lead Sales Management- Processing of strategic and conceptual tasks on fundamental business policy issues- Management and coordination of projects in the fields of sales promotions, digitization and process optimization- Development and implementation of new concepts, processes and products- Evaluation and analysis of market data as well as deriving appropriate measures for retail management- Search, selection, commissioning and control of service providers for outsourcing processes

Global Sales & Marketing Vans forms the interface of Daimler Mobility to Mercedes-Benz Vans and the respective international entities. Herein I take responsibility for the proactive and strategic market management, the brand relationship as well as project management for the assigned markets of the sales region Vans Europe.Responsibilities:- Market-specific derivation, definition and support in the realization of Daimler Mobility strategy - Integration and coordination of local, regional and global topics and projects into the respective countries and entities- Assuring a coordinated, ambitious and viable operative planning and monitoring of relevant KPIs in the assigned markets- Assuring the collection and exchange of Best Practices for all sales-related topics in the assigned markets- Assuring brand relationship management with strategic and operative alignment of relevant market management topics- Identifying, developing and rolling out new solutions and projects to the assigned markets

Project "Retail of the Future" focuses on the introduction of a newly designed direct sales model by offering a seemless, multi-channel on- and offline customer journeyResponsibilities:- Represented Project Lead Van as deputy- Gathered and coordinated all necessary information within the project core team with relevance / impact for Daimler Mobility/Vans- Ensured that all requirements for Daimler Mobility/Vans found solutions and answers in regular consultation with variety of departments and cross-functional teams
