SAFETY and government entities in the control and elimination of accidents through training, designing specific written safety policies, on-site safety evaluations and intervention protocols, and by preparing clients for new standards and regulations required by OSHA, USACE, NFPA, DOT, etc. prior to their effective date. In addition, I represents all clients in OSHA citations intervention by successfully supporting their position in both professional negotiations and with OSHA. SAFETY regularly trains personnel in programs mandated by OSHA / FEMA / USACE such as the 40 EM-385.1.1, the 10 & 30 Hour OSHA Training (Construction & General Industry), Hazard Communication, Lockout/Tagout, Bloodborne Pathogens, Confined Spaces, Emergency Evacuation Procedures, Personal Protective Equipment, Powered Industrial Trucks, Scaffolds, Fall Protection, Excavation, Supervisor Safety Training (SST) and others as required. He regularly trains competent persons in many of the above mentioned disciplines.

Developed Site Specific Safety Policies and coordinated the safety efforts of our various sub-contractors at every jobsite. • Training for management and supervision at different sites throughout Northern Virginia and Maryland on topics ; OSHA 10 & 30hrs, Fall Protection, First Aid, CPR & AED, Confined Space Training, Scaffold Training, etc. Provided safety training in a constant basis for field employees and new employees in Site and Company Rules, also on Safety and Health Regulations. • Observed and documented daily construction activities, employee Safety behavior to improve the working conditions and to minimize workers exposures. • Conducted and documented Weekly Safety Meetings including Field Employees, Supervisors and Company Managers, incremented communication for Field Workers to Management and accomplished proactive behaviors on supervision towards future tasks.• Conducted and documented Incident/Accident investigations, interviewing employees, taking statements, taking pictures, making sketches, diagrams and collecting evidence. To find the root cause of it, thus preventing future occurrences by correcting any found deficiencies.
