Was commercially responsible for carrying out and delivering on Gigstr's strategy. P&L, sales, marketing, business development and customer experience were all under my field of responsibility. Last year we achieved the following under my leadership: * Signed customer quotes valued at 45 MSEK and closed deals valued at 20 MSEK. * An increase in number of registered profiles of >500 %.* A viral community marketing strategy using the power of our community in running our marketing efforts. * A full scale CRM integration streamlining all marketing, sales and service efforts. * Team (6 FTEs), client and community management in times of constant product development.

Managed an international team of marketers across three different markets with the goal of transforming Gigstr from a start-up to a scale-up and establishing Gigstr's app-based platform as the number one app in our field in the Nordics and UK. The journey included: * Go-to-market strategies for three markets resulting in successfully establishing the Gigstr brand amongst our target group. * Press coverage from notable outlets such as The Telegraph, Danish TV2, Svenska Dagbladet, Dagens Industri and Dagens Nyheter. * Qualifying as one of Scandinavia's top 7 most innovative companies in the reputable Techarenan Challenge in Almedalen.* Creating and establishing high profile co-branding partnerships with companies such as Klarna, Voi, Meds Apotek, Norrsken and Swedbank, in effect gaining new customers, national coverage from a wide variety of medias, and organic influencer marketing reaching millions of users. * Becoming Sweden's most downloaded gig app with over 25 000 downloads. ...all on a bootstrapped budget to say the least...

Turned Sweden, a new market, into the Norwegian charging company PLUGTOTALK's largest market; closing deals with top tier festivals such as Way Out West and Popaganda. Managed to convert thousands of new subscription users through partner sales. Business development, sales, marketing and event execution were all part of my job description.

The role as substitute office manager involved handling the correspondence to and from the office, initiating new projects and administrating future projects when the office was unmanned during the summer months. The position as a transcriber consisted in translating oral speech into text, live or afterward, normally from English to English or English to Swedish.
