- Ensure S4/Hana production support- Development of the Interfaces, Forms, Enhancements, WF objects and ABAP reports for projects - Coordinating the efforts of ABAP development resources, both internal and external developers as well as service providers resources - Monitor individual and team’s performance - Coach and assist team members to improve in weak areas to build a stronger team- Review SAP development requirements coming from the functional teams; approve FS documents; ensure technical specifications are provided on time and complete; ensure developments are delivered on time, complete and comply with all development standards; manage quality reviews; assist with testing and ABAP development deployment- Cmplex S4/Hana interfaces development (Web Services, ALE/IDOCs, BAPI and RFC FMs) and other development objects- Issues resolution which have impacts on the system performance- Provide status reports to Competency Center Leads (Global Supply Chain and Logistics) or/and to PMO for planned and under testing development objects on monthly basis and/or by demand
