- Managing 3 different accommodation camps and off-plot facilities.- Management of all non-process facilities related matters- Daily verification and approvals for work performance reports, POB reports;- PTW submission, hard copies and electronic, using Crescent ePTW system- Maintaining Employees’ database - Providing comprehensive support to camp residents - Bed space management- Preparation of work and purchase orders, requests for quotations, technical requirements. - Interacting with the contractors (Services, Security, Transport, Maintenance)- Contract administration and supervision of contractors and service providers- Monitoring site/field conditions and equipment, practice, procedure for compliance with HSE requirements - Preparing inventory sheet, filling in the accounting forms, stocktaking and records handling
