Building and maintaining client relationships, gauging client needs and wants and matching these needs to specific pub companies. Assisting customer enquiries, the application and screening process. I also have to ensure that deadlines are met in terms of amount of calls made and communicating within SLA to both pub companies and prospective candidates.I also perform targeted activities for pub companies to generate leads for specific pubs or events so I am used to high call volumes and being proactive in discovering leads.
