Hello, my name is Zander and I have finished a bachelor’s degree in the Business Administration program at SAIT. I am a financial service major who is looking to help others out, specifically those who need help with their financial situation. I was taken aback by how many people in Canada are living paycheck to paycheck and how few people save up for retirement, I was inspired by this knowledge to go out and try and help people. In terms of experience, I have six years’ worth of customer service experience. I worked at Lowes and Sherwin Williams for the duration of six years. I Learned a a lot including how to train new employees, how to properly communicate with new and returning customers and I put a ton of effort into learning about new products and how to sell them to customers. I also taught English in Korea for one year. This was an incredible experience that helped me improve and showcase my presentation and time management skills. I had to created lesson plans for up to five classes everyday and try and make them as engaging as possible. I was also able to learn how to communicate with children as young as six and as old as fourteen. This was challenging as many of the students were weak in English but I was able to find ways to communicate and get the most out of them. Most of all, I feel that I am very hard working and very dedicated to finishing any task given to me.
