Analyzes diverse financial management technical methods, techniques, precedent cases, and procedures to resolve an extensive range of internal financial technical issues and problems. Provides advice on retention related policy issues. Contributes to various administrative functions such as processing extensions and medical waivers. Tracks and evaluates subordinate unit retention programs and Retention Management Software use. Advises Commander on all areas of the retention program.
