Brick Top Holdings Inc. was founded by Alexander Bafer in 2015. Under Mr. Bafer's leadership, Brick Top has assisted numerous companies in generating hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue, most recently the premiere streaming service FuboTV.Also under Bafer's leadership, through Brick Top Productions, Bafer acquired the rights to the name and service mark of "Carolco Pictures," which produced 36 films, earned sixteen Academy Award nominations, and won six Academy Awards. Bafer changes the name of Brick Top Productions to Carolco Pictures. The studio also acquired Emmy award winning production company High Five Entertainment, which generated significant revenue as well. Bafer sold his majority interest in the company in October of 2015 to focus his efforts on developing Recall Studios, his response to changing technologies and future high growth markets.Recall Studios is a next-generation media company that specializes in Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, and Non-Linear Storytelling. Recall Studios has developed software that brings people closer together to create meaningful experiences that transcend distance using AR and VR. Under Bafer’s leadership, Recall Studios acquired synergistically aligned companies including SynAppsVR and NameGames, while also reacquiring Carolco. Their latest acquisition was of Evolution AI and a majority interest in Pulse Evolution, the human animation tech company (and Evolution AI’s majority owned subsidiary) that brought you the holographic performance of Virtual Tupac Shakur at the Coachella Valley Music Festival in 2012 and Virtual Michael Jackson at the Billboard Music Awards, for $200 million.The company was renamed FaceBank Group and together with cofounder John Textor, FaceBank merged with the streaming company FuboTV where Mr. Bafer served on it’s Board Of Directors. Post merger the combined companies had a valuation in excess of one billion dollars.

Mr. Bafer’s vision was to rebrand the Company as the new “Carolco Pictures” and reunite the powerhouse name with the famous studio’s original founder and CEO, Mario Kassar.
