Senior Manager, Capital Markets Transactions
Current• Blend of experience having worked with companies in assurance, due diligence, and advisory capacities in the preparation for and execution of IPOs, further equity offers and transformational M&A.• Lead teams of c.5-10 people working across multiple financial workstreams on any one transaction, and typically work across multiple transactions at the same time.• Extensive experience in analysing historical financial performance and forecasts (including review of complex financial models) and assessing financial reporting and governance processes.• Strong verbal and written communication skills and confident interacting with senior management and at board level.• Manage multiple external stakeholders, including company management teams, investment banks and corporate lawyers. The key point of contact for the financial workstreams on a deal.• Line manager for four Managers, supporting them with their development and career progression.• Led the technology, media, and telecommunications sector team since 2021. This is a business development role responsible for the identification and pursuit of prospective clients, including preparation of proposal documents, presenting in pitches, and negotiating fees.
