Currently the head of the social media and Trustpilot section of our customer service department. I manage the customer escalations as well as the data and report taking of the platforms to ensure we are providing the highest standards of customer service and that all escalations are resolved successfully. I lead a small team and ensure there is great communication and understanding of our tasks at all times.
