Aspiring Project Manager with experience in data management, training initiatives, and strategic performance operations during my time with Starbucks. While working for REI, I focused on client satisfaction and building continuous relationships through cross-training in footwear, action sports, clothing, and climbing departments. Aiming to further expand on customer satisfaction, I accepted a position with the City of Renton Parks and Recreation Department. While there, I have assisted with the operations of over 15 community outreach events ensuring government regulations were adhered to. I have provided feedback on current Guest Services procedures to flush out disorganization. I have experience with data management and the integration of new technology as the department transitioned to web-based management software. I am excited to further progress my career as a Project Manager with the help of YearUp, a workplace training program.
