I have been working in IT sphere since 2011 with BI Qlik. Since 2015 I have been working with BI projects as an IT project manager. Mainly I have worked with BI tools, data, and web application development. In 2020, I passed the certification exam as a Project Manager Professional (PMI-PMP). I have experience in managing, developing, and motivating people, and building self-organizing teams. Experience in auditing and optimizing processes, including improving processes of working with tasks and managing risks. Negotiating and facilitating meetings is a permanent part of my job.2022 is a year of new fresh challenges. I got new skills in Python Development, GitHub, Django, Object-oriented programming, HTML, and CSS, and improved my knowledge in relational databases and SQL. I successfully passed the certification of Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I)English level: B2
