Our team connects classrooms to employers so that San Diego students can explore career opportunities, learn about in-demand skills employers look for when hiring, and understand the daily expectations of a professional. Implemented this curriculum to train over 50 public servants, including judges, court advocates, and service program managers.Coordinated a series of workshops for child welfare and workforce development stakeholders on barriers to employment, convening 200+ attendees, including foster youth, public officials, foundation representatives, child welfare service providers, WDBs, AJCCs and private employers.
