Conducted research, data analysis, and stakeholder interviews, then designed program and policy processes to improve collaboration between child welfare and workforce development providers. The implementation of these processes has resulted in job training for 500+ disadvantaged youth. Developed transition-age youth program serving 100 youth per year, producing logic models, curricula, and tools and mechanisms for program evaluation to maximize client outcomes by coordinating wrap-around services.Designed workforce development training curriculum for foster youth service providers. Implemented this curriculum to train over 50 public servants, including judges, court advocates, and service program managers.Coordinated a series of workshops for child welfare and workforce development stakeholders on barriers to employment, convening 200+ attendees, including foster youth, public officials, foundation representatives, child welfare service providers, WDBs, AJCCs and private employers. Successful grant writing and reporting resulting in over $3.3 million of funding. Created budgets for fund disbursement.
