Lean consultant, trainer and coach - Make the change to operational excellence sustainable and effective. Various Lean Six Sigma methods are used, which have proven themselves time and again in advising more than 100 companies. In order to ensure sustainability, practicability and motivation, I inspire the employees to remodel and design processes together, to induce ownership. Often my work began where various previous improvement projects or consultant mandates had failed: One of my core competencies is u.a. to re-establish the confidence in a new attempt with empathy. In practice, it has been shown time and again that people want to contribute and that they can be moved if we create a framework in which they can contribute effectively, so that the new processes become their processes. I help companies to recognize the effectiveness of their system as fast as possible, to correct deviations directly and systematically detect and solve problems. Especially here, the digital transformation is becoming more and more important. Currently I intend to concentrate on the development of one company, especially in the life science, health care, pharmaceutical, biopharmaceuticals, preferably seeking a permanent or interim position.
