I am very self motivated with internal inspiration. I have extremely high ambitious dreams to chase. I got Specific Measuarable Acheivable Timely (SMART)goals to succeed in everyday life in and out of the workplace which will all help accomplish the bigger dream! One of my favorite quotes to go by, back when playing organized secondary school football was "Day by Day we get better and better!" I live by this idea. I am currently developing my skills to become a team leader!
