Responsible for Industrial Controls and Protection Division (ICPD) product portfolio in Russia & Kazakhstan ICPD products: contactors/motor circuit breakers, VFDs, Soft Starters, pushbuttons/indicators/signal towers, sensors, transformers, protection and relays, HMI/PLC panels, PLCs, Programming relays, Bussmann fuses, SmartWire-DT system.Responsibilities:- Elaborate year and quarter business and marketing plans to obtain company's targets of division products sales development in the region;- Work with all departments to fulfill business plan goals, close work with sales department on different levels;- New products market launch: analysis, plan, execution;- Develop and execute marketing activities with the support of marketing communication and marketing specialists, incl.marketing campains, events, etc.- Make recommendations on commertial policy for relevant product groups and customer segments;- Gap analysis and product portfolio management to achieve long-term company goals; - Margin and profitability control: -- elaborate product portfilio pricing: TOP products prices monitoring and adjustment to meet profitability and sales goals, new products priing;-- handle requests for additional discounts and special prices;- Managing Product Division marketing budget;'- Pre-sales and after-sales support;- Elaborating and supporting product service and repair;- 1 Junior product manager in direct management;
