My passion is progress/innovation and development in that direction. 🚀 The most important tool for this, I believe, is communication. Therefore, I find the profession of a Requirement Engineer very fitting. As a REngineer you must ask the right questions (and I ask a lot of questions😉) – this naturally requires a lot of empathy, and analytical and critical thinking.I have already gained experience in various roles in development, which allows me to overcome obstacles creatively and innovatively, thanks to my unique perspective. Especially in the various agile roles, I had the opportunity to work intensively with my team, so that we can clearly see our goals and overcome obstacles together and constantly improve ourselves. ✨Biomedical engineering 🩺 is a fascinating field that combines technology and medicine to improve people’s lives. My experiences in this area have shown me how important it is to constantly look for new solutions and pursue innovative approaches.
