Indirect Real Estate is the division of CBRE Investment Management that invests in and manages real estate holdings in funds, clubs, joint ventures, co-investments and programmatic ventures. Indirect Real Estate is a fast growing global business that manages approx. $47bn AUM (June 2022) across North America, UK, Europe and APAC.Responsible for the investment oversight, including forecasts and buy/ hold/ sell ratings, of all investments managed by Indirect Real Estate, with sign-off responsibility for key actions in existing investments. Oversees average $5bn of investment activity per year.

Managed UK investment team that sources, underwrites and executes new investment transactions with leading managers and operators in UK real estate. Led investments into a wide range of UK property sectors including Indirect's first investments into student accommodation, residential care homes and regional offices. Pioneered the widening of investment activity into programmatic ventures. Responsibility for UK investment strategy, investment activity, client presentations and decision-making for underlying investments.

Managed €2.0bn+ Goodman European Logistics Fund from 2009-2012. Responsible for asset acquisitions, disposals, equity raising, capital management and investor reporting / relationships. Directly responsible for fund management team and coordinated fund activities with Goodman's finance, debt, legal, tax, asset management and development functions. While fund manager, the fund raised €750m equity, executed a €800m debt refinancing and executed €500m+ transactions.
