Alexander Bishop is a Business Development Executive at CSG. Colleagues describe him as "Alex joined our Graduate recruitment scheme back in July 2020 as a sales executive in our head office. While undergoing our 12-month professional sales training he showed real promise continuously achieving & exceeding monthly targets and growing new business in his region. On completion of our in-depth training programme, Alex showed a real flare for B2B prospecting, securing a number of new business opportunities from new clients to CSG, as well as effectively expanding services for our existing customers. In May 2022 Alex was promoted as our telesales team leader for two teams, leading ten B2C and B2B telesales. Alex showed a real enthusiasm for developing and training others to maximise their output and value to CSG. He successfully increased the sales of the team in his tenure through a customer service focused approach. Alex led by example and was willing and able to challenge the norms, questioning processes and helped to evolve our Salesforce CRM package used by the team. He has a very positive attitude to life, no matter what challenges he faces. Often assisting myself handling customer issues and complaints, resolving them to both the customers and the companies satisfaction. Alex is driven and was always keen to take on extra responsibility and will be an asset in any business he works."
