In this role, as recruiting manager, I work jointly with recruiters and oversees the sourcing, interviewing and hiring processes of employees. As a recruiting manager my job is to make sure that the recruiting strategies used by the team are up to date and help them implement new ones.Also providing advice to the employer on recruiting, interviewing and improving our brand.

In this role, as HRBP, my responsibilities among others, included: Align HR strategies with business objectives to drive organizational success, Partner with leadership on workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning. Leading employee relations, conflict resolution, and foster a positive workplace culture.Support performance management processes and develop leadership programs.Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. Oversee talent acquisition, retention, and employee engagement efforts. Collaborate on compensation, benefits, and ensure market competitiveness. Implement change management strategies during organizational transitions.Use HR analytics to provide workforce insights and inform decision-making.Ensure compliance with labor laws and manage HR-related risks.
