Electronic Attack Squadron 129 Instructor Pilot, CRM Instructor:Responsible for familiarization phase training syllabus. Trained newly winged pilots and naval flight officers to employ the EA-18G. Contributed to an increase in squadron production efficiency reducing average time-to-train by 12 percent. Developed a training program for over 220 aircrew consisting of classroom academics and simulators. Assisted with two production detachments to El Centro, CA and implemented improvements to the transition phase based on student end of phase critiques.Electronic Attack Squadron 137 Administration Officer, Maintenance Officer:Led 160 sailors in the maintenance of five EA-18G aircraft during a dynamic combat deployment to the North Sea. Consistently provided above ready basic aircraft requirements resulting in an unprecedented 100% combat sortie completion rate. As the senior pilot, mentored and developed 13 junior aircrew improving squadron effectiveness and cohesiveness. Managed an undermanned department coordinating all squadron administrative business leading to a decrease in product processing time.

Electronic Attack Squadron 129:Fleet Replacement PilotElectronic Attack Squadron 131 Quality Assurance Officer, Assistant Operations Officer, Safety Officer:As Safety Officer, implemented a squadron pre-mishap plan for a newly transitioned EA-18G squadron. Directed eight sailors in the managing and monitoring of all squadron maintenance programs, ensuring quality maintenance. Responsible for flight hours and fiscal management to include training and readiness, qualifications, and aircrew training.

Carrier Airborne Early Warning Squadron 120:Fleet Replacement PilotCarrier Airborne Early Warning Squadron 123 ( NATOPS Evaluator, Instructor Pilot, Mission Commander, Division Officer):Supervised 50 sailors in the maintenance of powerplant and airframe systems on four E-2C Hawkeye aircraft. Squadron instructor pilot and NATOPS evaluator. Responsible for squadron standardization check rides and safety training. Only junior pilot to qualify as an Instructor Carrier Aircraft Plane Commander.
