We’re working on an amazing project that uses AI to prevent and detect self-destructive behavior among young people. I love what I do because it combines my skills in sales, finance, and business development with my passion for making a positive impact. Working with a talented team that shares this commitment keeps me motivated and excited about what we can achieve together.The project at CommuniCode is very important to me. Mental health, especially among young people, is a critical issue. Our project aims to use advanced technology to support students and schools in identifying and addressing mental health problems early. My mission at CommuniCode, and in the world, is to help create a safer and healthier environment for young people. I believe that by using technology, we can make a significant positive impact on their lives.CommuniCode's mission aligns perfectly with my personal mission. We are dedicated to making a real difference by providing tools and support to prevent and detect self-destructive behaviors among youth. By working together, we aim to create a supportive environment where students can thrive and feel safe.My previous experience at Yasno.live, Russia's largest online therapy service, was incredibly influential in shaping my skills for my current role at CommuniCode. At Yasno.live, I led the business development team, helping to expand our market and build partnerships. We offered confidential video sessions with psychologists, which was very rewarding. I saw firsthand how technology could improve mental health and support people in need. This experience taught me a lot about strategic growth, market expansion, and the importance of mental health support.My previous roles at SV Charter and Air Charter Service helped me develop strong sales strategies and build lasting relationships with clients. Starting my career at Troika Dialog in Private Banking Sales gave me a solid foundation in finance and client management.In short, my professional journey has equipped me with a range of experiences that I bring to my role at CommuniCode.
