Responsible for day-to-day management of the Rick Ross Events: Boss Up Conference and Rick Ross Car Show, and activities to ensure high value time utilization.Provide brief updates of upcoming meetings and ongoing obligations.Responsible for the timely preparation and presentation of materials for key external and internal meetings involving Rick Ross.Drafts documents and conducts market research that further Rick Ross’s business ventures and create a life cycle from launch to maturity.Reviews Mr. Ross’s email communications regarding special events and assists in providing timely responses to inquiries sent to him.Assists with or manages special projects which may include PR, securing high profile speakingWorks with Business Development teams, to prepare for external meetings, presentations and events, and ensures timely follow up of all action items.

Develop and implement programs and standard operating procedures to protect employees and create safe and compliant work environments.Develops action plans for improved security operations at the companyWorks with the property management and advises client security leadership and line of business leadership on emergency situations.Ensures all Security Managers have established operational procedures as outlined in the company manual.Provide oversight and guidance to facility managers in the field for security related issues and concerns.Develop dashboards and metrics related to risks associated with the third party service provider and the services they offerConducts regular departmental audits and reports any health & safety concerns for improvement and reinforcement of good work practices
