This was to coach the team with full application overviews, answer specific questions, and improve documentation and processes. The empowerment of the helpdesk team created a measurable increase in support tickets that were fully handled offshore, without requiring further onshore escalation.- Presenting a successful future-focussed technical demo to a member of the board of directors, along with their direct team. - After taking development ownership of a tool which processes circa 40k rows of data per day, I created a robust QC framework to provide insight into processing quantities and timeframes. This data was then fed into Tableau and Power BI, providing accessible high level insight into processing trends. These trends can then be used to make important and timely control decisions with confidence.- The complete front end rework of a key application, applying "Bootstrap" to ensure a modern, responsive UI design.
