During my time at the Bicycle Academy, I overlooked the production and packing processes and helped to develop and implement a digital inventory management system using Unleashed Software. Using a systematic approach to production, inventory management, and quality control, I implemented rigorous control mechanisms providing quality assurance and efficiency to what was previously an unorganized production and packing system. It was great to apply the techniques I learned during my undergraduate degree in the real world that improved business performance. These solutions remain in use at the Bicycle academy.I conducted a thorough product review of their popular 'Low-Cost Frame Fixture' product. Showing significant attention to detail, analytical skills I proposed innovative design improvements, resulting in enhanced product usability, and an easier to follow user manual with improved visual stepping stones. The proposals were added to all future batches of the bicycle frame fixture.I used Six Sigma and Lean Management principles to remove bottlenecks, improve production capacity, and make cost reductions. For example, I established Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs) documentation for all in-house production processes. Helped coordinate the transportation of over 50+ clients to and from Val D’Isere ski resort and Geneva airport every weekend. I had sole responsibility for checking-in customers, ensuring health and safety requirements were met, ensuring customers were dropped at correct locations, and providing any assistance to customer issues. I worked in numerous roles for Doudoune and Cocoricos Après Ski. I was part of a large team that helped with the smooth running of one of the busiest Après Ski venues in Europe.
