In my professional background, I have worked in project management with agile framework as well as waterfall. I am focused leading the design and improvement in processes for organizations with focus on Innovation, Customer & Employee Experience (CX/EX) and Digital (tech implementation, behavioral economics resulting in people adoption). I am eager to think how to face the new challenges derived from a new normal (constantly evolving), that's why I focus my personal interest in a mix of hard (build tech know-how, specialize for work) and soft skills (learn to learn, create and solve, growth mindset, apply collaborative intelligence) in line with management 3.0 practices.
