Account manager, work with companies in Brazil in different sectors as banking, Health, Pharmaceutical, Agro Industrie. My function is to coordinate projects and implementations in the IT sector, cloud and security.

Provide technical support (break and fix) to Exchange On-prem customers in NA, LATAM, and Brazil regions. My day to day includes troubleshooting On-prem services, Windows server issues, integration with cloud services (EXO), security and active directory LDAP, and networking analysis.

Provide support to Brazilian sellers in different areas to create and manage accounts, configuration, and elevate cases with internal-external Amazon teams. I also collaborate with coworkers to improve individual metrics and team performance.

Software engineer and Team lead. I provided technical support in HP big data software, indexing, and configurations, in Spanish, English and Portuguese. Also, I had a team lead position (8 months) with 20 engineers in charge. Additional roles were to coordinate internally management procedures and to provide technical training.

Provide technical support to Sonicwall equipments as firewall's, access list controls, VPN´s, WLAN access points and network security integrations with Active Directory and Radius server. Also was provided technical consultant for new hardware implementations and integration with third party brands as HP and Cisco. Tech support provided in spanish, portugues and english languages.

Provide tech support services for Glaxo Smith Kline GSK Brazil, regarding to reset accounts, access services and configuring Outlook email accounts and general services.Support provided only in portuguese.

Provide networking design and technical solutions for SMB and Enterprise customers in Brazil and LATAM that included skills on negotiation, crisis resolution, customer satisfaction and technical solutions for HP products (Procurve, H3C, 3Com, IMC, Wireless Controllers) and integration with others vendors a Cisco and Dell.Also provided technical advice to sales department in Wireless LAN devices, design and integrations and occasionally to L3 network engineers in WLAN solutions and troubleshooting.Member of the WLAN HP global engineers selected to test new firmware integration between 3Com and Procurve WLAN controller.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Brazil / LAT customers in 3Com-H3C products (routers, switches, WLAN, firewalls). Outline policies, standard procedures, reference manuals according to the ISO9000 and other International standards of quality.

Political-economic advice on the impact of CAFTA in Costa Rica economy, and generation of action plans in the economy. Also advice in the political strategy.
