Growing up in the family restaurant business, I've learned first-hand what it takes to manage the logistics, communications, and daily operations required in a high-volume setting. My role in the family restaurant adapts to the needs of the business. For example, in 2010, I assisted in renovating and establishing a new restaurant location as a contractor assistant, efficiently directing our team ahead of our scheduling and budget goals.Currently, I assist the kitchen manager in our flagship restaurant as a line cook in my spare time.

I am an independent agent working under a Century 21 managing broker. Using my relationship-building skills and real estate principles I learned from my real estate certification classes, I am helping clients to buy, sell, and rent properties. My duties include:- studying property listings and making comparative analyses- interviewing prospective clients and uncovering their needs- accompanying clients to property site and discussing conditions of sale- drawing up real estate contracts, making amendments as needed to close sale in a timely manner

During my time as a Boy Scout, I learned valuable personal and professional life skills, such as time management, goal-setting, leadership, and project planning and management. I often volunteered my time to help with numerous events and projects, including a volunteer school trip to Tijuana, Mexico to build a house for a family in need. In only 22 months, I achieved the rank of Eagle Scout, the highest award in the Boy Scouts. My Eagle Scout project was constructing park benches for my elementary school.Currently, I attend weekly Boy Scout meetings for Troop 18 as an Assistant Crew Advisor.
