A driven individual with over 15 years experience in the home renovation industry in both the UK & Australia for global companies. Within this time I have had various roles including Project Management, B2B large&small domestic appliances sales and kitchen design, with the latter being my current role.I have a proven track record of building relationships quickly and experience coaching/managing small teams effectively through the use of clear and concise communication. Another strong trait of mine is to organise my own time effectively, prioritising workloads but also able to delegate where necessary. This helping me to achieve my own personal, as well as delivering on collective team/department KPI’s. In my current role, I work with the Compusoft/Winner software in generating ergonomic and aesthetically pleasing designs for clients renovation projects. I have extensive knowledge of the cabinetry installation process including electrical, plumbing, removal, tiling and rendering/gyprocking, which enables me to create better quality designs and re-assure clients that they are working with experts in our field.
