Also, produced budgets, month-end closings, financial statements, cash management, corporate tax documentation, banking and debt financing. —Directed 7 members of the accounting team, which included a Credit/Collections Manager, A/R Clerk, Accounting Manager, A/P Clerk, IT Technicain, and Accountants. Worked with ADP on payroll processing. —Completed and verified corporate financial documents, including balance sheet and income/cash flow statements. Improved data reliability and KPIs by improving select policies and procedures. —Negotiated contracts with service providers; e.g., disability/liability insurance carriers and IT services. Authorized payments in accordance with contract milestones and approved deliverables. —Served as Board Secretary, communicating financial information/reports to the board and advising on matters to avoid unnecessary risks and manage fluctuations. —Administered debt finance/covenant and credit agreements with bankers for lines of credit. Verified assets (receivables and inventory) and negotiated interest rates and duration for lines of credit worth $10M.—Provided monthly accounting reports and financial documents to outside banks and audit/tax teams. Answered questions and promptly resolved any discrepancies that arose. —Traveled 3-4 times annually to client locations located throughout the world, including Central America, the Caribbean, and South America. Discussed credit terms and resolved outstanding balances accordingly. —Developed financial analysis and implemented predictive models that provided management personnel with insights into the organization’s operations and business plans. —Oversaw a major SAP Business One ERP implementation in 2017, which went live in January 2018. Set up team to select and oversee the integration of SAP modules, including SAP MM and SAP FICO.
