General Manager with statutory authority, P&L responsibility for three mayor sales entities of Bosch. Main areas: branch management, sales and people management, controlling, marketing, logistics. Product scope: heat pumps, boilers, CHPs, PV, batteries.

Leading the corporate heat pump attack project. Setting up an interdisciplinary attack team for heat pumps with the goal to substantially increase market shares in the heating and electrical segment. Definition and execution of heat pump attack strategies and tactics.

General sales and business responsibility for PV module and inverter sales outside Europe, Sales offices / branches in USA, Brasil, India, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, Turkey, South Africa

Regional sales responsibility for module, inverter and EPC sales in Asia Pacific. Business and budget responsibility for national and regional sales offices in APAC (AUS, MY, SG, JP, CN)
