Manager of sales. Overseeing the store on every level from day to day productivity to quarterly goals and achievements of staff. Making sure all customers receive the best customer care we can give them as a team and a company. Other tasks specifically to me include website management, social media management, marketing, recruiting, and overseeing texting program communications.

Assistant to anything the manager needs as well as helping all sales staff with product knowledge and any other help that is needed.

Cleaning pools as well as testing and adding chemicals and doing small technical repairs.

This job had to cleaning from top to bottom, everything in the kitchen to the dining room. I cooked, prepped food, watched dietary restrictions, served, generally worked 14-15 hour days, catered to rooms if requested. You would cooked breakfast made to order which cleaning and preparing salads. You would clean and create more salads while preparing lunch. Birthdays and open houses were also meant to be put into the workday when they presented themselves. The facility is open 365 days a year, 24/7 so you would trade off co-workers on holidays or split the day. I also did side work like setting up the facility, tours, moving in residents, etc.

I started out taking in calls and giving extensive information on Wells Fargo's credit defense. I would read through the instructed dialogue and answer any questions in between. I got switched over to a more advanced program selling medical coding books that ranged from pediatric care to E.R. care. In this program we would call hospitals, doctor's offices, dentist offices, etc., and try and sell them books in their area so that their coder could put in the correct codes for their billing.

You do almost everything from cleaning floors to the ceiling, cooking bread, cookies, sandwiches, making coffee, sub-selling products, up-selling, answering questions, working the computer, weighing meat, cutting vegetables, counting the drawer, opening and closing shop, etc. I also took it upon myself to do the assistant manager courses and manager courses to get more inside knowledge. I also asked my manager to show me how to do everything that she does, and she did. Lastly, there was quite a lot of training new staff that was required.
