As a current M1 M.D. Candidate and experienced EMT, my goal is to make a meaningful impact in clinical care by serving underserved communities. I am currently seeking opportunities in the Emergency Room as an ER technician, where I can leverage my previous EMT experiences to provide compassionate and efficient care to patients in critical situations.Additionally, I am open to medical assistant and clinical research roles, as I believe expanding my scope of practice before entering medical school will enhance my overall skills and understanding of healthcare. Throughout my four years as an EMT, I have witnessed firsthand the positive outcomes resulting from my clinical skills, particularly in underserved communities. It is my unwavering commitment to continue utilizing these skills to make a difference in the lives of those who need it most.In addition to my clinical background, I have actively engaged in research at both the NIH and UCLA, honing my critical thinking, reasoning, and innovative problem-solving skills.
