I spent a month with Carter Jonas' Rural and Natural capitol teams, both in York and Harrogate. Within the Rural team I got the opportunity to experience a verity of jobs within the team. I was embodied within a number of jobs which involved a vast array of clients. Jobs including: Land valuations; Land and estate management to working with small scale farmers access the SFI schemes.Within the Natural capital team, I was involved with researching Local Nature Recovery Strategies (LNRS).The internship was fantastic and I gained invaluable insights to the company.

An award winning, London dry Gin crafted in Nidderdale. • Whisky production – working in the distillery producing the alcohol. – Inputting barley into the mash, managing the transfer of the wart to the fermenters and controlling the temperatures of the distilling. All produce was locally sourced and all waste was recycled. • Barman – Serving at Client events, Liaising with Customers, Providing Drinks and Canapes• Sales – Meeting clients at country shows, Bottling and labelling gin , providing an information service to customers and selling the products. Selling the products in the on-site shop.• Maintenance – Gardening, DIY

A vibrant, buzzing, modern bar in central Sydney, which was home to its own micro -brewery.• Barman – making cocktails• Brewery tours – showing small groups around the micro-brewery.
