This role is the missing link between sales and supply, ensuring that competitive bids are placed at key locations and the departments PnL is accurately reflected.Key Achievements:- Taking on the commercial analyst side of the European bulk business, improving operational efficiency. - Integrating the back-2-back business into the standard operating model of the tender analyst team. - Leading the 2024 supply tender, creating a new tool in the process to better analyse incoming bids for increased accuracy to yearly forecasting. - Analysing internal data on potential new bulk commercial opportunities. - Developing a training tool and training all new starters into the team.

The role of an operations executive at one retail group is to operate an efficient and optimised supply chain from factory to either distributor or end customer. Sitting in the UK operations team involves operating a £20m+ e-commerce supply chain, moving stock from global factories into the UK warehouses, either directly into Amazon or directly to the end customer. During peak seasons out-bounding an average of 4 FTL's and 2,000 parcels per day through multiple fulfilment channels.Key achievements:- Successfully managing multiple record breaking peak seasons in the UK market on all fulfilment channels.- Creating a new reimbursement process for all global markets capturing lost revenue from Amazon saving approximately 2 hours of time per week, per region.- Building a peak season replenishment tool which visualised historical sales including buffers to minimise out of stock periods and avoid known replenishment issues into Amazon FC's.Revolutionising historical sales analysis to ensure increased purchasing accuracy of existing product lines, saving the organisation money from overstock and understock.

This fixed-term contract position was to become the subject matter expert in Brexit operations and ensure that Innocent remained an efficient supply chain whilst meeting the new regulatory requirements. Analysing the risk of existing trades across all Brexit borders and building the infrastructure for future trading across the borders, working with internal forums to assess the capacity of the additional work the new regulations had put in place and external stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency.Key achievements:- Creating a customs management process with an external data provider to ensure a minimal impact on internal capacity and reduce the overall cost of regulatory compliance.- Developing a report to monitor the external data provider to monitor KPI's and overall risk and financial exposure for Innocent across all Brexit borders.- Integrating a pallet management process which flowed across the Brexit borders and being part of the team to implement this into the Europe wide supply chain, impacting overall sustainability of the supply chain and reducing trapped capital through asset leasing.
