As an FSR, my job is to help credit union members to achieve their financial goals, whatever those may be. I work independently with each member to come up with solutions and offer advice on their particular financial situations, and suggest products and services to make their aspirations a reality. Moreover, I participate in the marketing of our products and the development of internal company resources.

Louisville, Kentucky Area

My primary task was to fill orders to customer satisfaction, maintaining high performance quality and speed standards and making corrections whenever necessary. I cleaned the kiosk and managed inventory, ensuring that everything was in place for the following shift and that the kiosk was stocked with critical supplies (and alerting management when stocks ran low). Overall, I contributed to customer satisfaction and the continued smooth operation of the establishment.

Louisville, Kentucky Area

Primarily, I managed the cash register and handled customer transactions, and assisted customers with pet-care questions, maintaining constant awareness of the carried brands and their attributes and ensuring customer satisfaction (as well as upselling and making suggestions wherever appropriate). I also monitored and helped maintain the health of various animals, primarily the store's reptiles and fish.

As a Courtesy Clerk, I bagged customer’s groceries and provided customer assistance whenever it was needed, ensuring a pleasant experience and quick departure from the check-out lane. I was expected to maintain knowledge of store inventory, and help customers locate what they were looking for. I also organized and monitored the condition of the parking lot, to be certain that every customer had a cart and that the lot was inviting.
