This was a one semester internship opportunity that I worked the fall semester of my senior year. The overall objective of this internship was to assist Framingham State with improving their social media presence. During my time on this internship, my responsibilities included:-Attending weekly meetings with Framingham States Social Media Coordinator to brainstorm ideas to attract more attention to the social media pages.-Promoting school events on their official Instagram account.-Attending the majority of school events, to take pictures and record videos to post on the schools Instagram.-Using graphic design skills to create digital logos to use on the "highlights" section of their Instagram to make them pop out more.

At PetSmart, I was a sales associate and my responsibilities included:-Working the register-Always greeting customers while always smiling and being polite to them.-Remaining calm when there is an occasional angry customer, and making sure to treat them with respect while working to calm the situation-Keeping the register area cleaned-Keeping the store shelves organized and restocking returned items-Taking care of the garbage containers at the end of the day-Communicating with coworkers to ensure the store is being ran as efficiently as possible-Working as a team with coworkers to efficiently get through unusually busy days

Throughout my life I always loved helping those in need. So, I worked for years in this role (during my summer/winter vacations through high school and college while also being onboard throughout the pandemic). I used this as a great opportunity to continuously give back to the community and provide help where needed.

-Being knowledgable with the marketing field-Being prepared to answer difficult marketing questions-Help students better comprehend the subject they're struggling with-Assist students with finishing their assignments-Offer students studying strategies to perform better in their course

This role was an opportunity for student leaders to help guide freshmen through their adjustment to college life. It occurred during the fall semester each year, and was a required curriculum for most first-year students. My responsibilities for this job included:-Assisting teach a weekly course which focused on educating students how to take advantage of the variety of campus resources offered by Framingham State.-Regularly attending meetings to prepare topics and discussions for the course.-Answer student questions with insight and knowledge based on personal experiences.-Host out of class events to bond with students, and learn ways to alter presentations based on their interests.

Retriever was an online growth agency that worked to expand businesses of its clients. I worked there as an intern for a few months of my senior year. My roles at Retriever were to:-Prospect hundreds of potential business partners for clients-Attend daily team meetings-Attend weekly meetings with clients to update them on the previous weeks performance statistics-Track KPIs
