I was recruited to establish and lead the technical department at Morris Technology, overseeing all ITenvironments across Morris Group holdings, which spanned diverse sectors including casinos, privateislands, fleets of helicopters and yachts, hotels, high-end restaurants, and resorts. During my tenure, we successfully deployed a wide range of additional software, completed numerous highimpact projects, and significantly increased automation, resulting in a considerable advancement in theorganization’s technical maturity.

I have recently been offered a casual full-time role at Aftershock PC building high-end gaming computers, as an avid gamer and during the current pandemic, this role has provided me with hands-on experience with the latest and greatest technology in the market in building and testing computers.

I was hired by One world rental to head their Australian technical department and assist with process creation, advanced training of new staff, organization of staff in offices across Australia and New Zealand.I left this role because it was not the type of technology I was looking to work with and the COVID pandemic began to affect the events and logistics the organization was a part of.

I was hired by Transurban to complete a windows 10 project to update all client side computers to the latest supported version of windows, this involved a large amount of communication and device discovery working with SCCM and active directory to ensure all current machines are in a ready working state, during this time I was also able to provide second level support to the organization when required.We parted ways at the successful end of the project.

CSL is a global pharmaceutical, I worked within the business technology service desk providing first and second level support in a follow the sun method working with several teams in a number of countries, though this I assisted in constant updating of processes for new and changing business technologies, training of new employees in these processes and entering the organization, handling small internal projects, 24 hours on-call support when rostered, and provided support to over 45k employees within the organization.

I joined Red Cross blood to provide first and second level support to the organization while assisting with several large projects ongoing, this included a windows 10 rollout and an office 365 upgrade. I was also given the opportunity to participate in volunteer work while within the organization fulfilling the role of Billy the blood drop mascot at PAX.I moved on from the organization when the windows 10 deployment had been completed

Viatek was my first role within Australia, I was brought into the medium MSP to lead an after-hours team to extend the service hours of the organization.

I was first hired for this position as a system administrator for a project involving an organisational merger of two government departments. This led onto my role as change manager working to implement ITIL best practices across the organisation. I created and managed all aspects of change management within the government organisation and assisted with the creation of problem, release and major incident management departments.I left the organization to move to Australia.

this was my first position within the IT industry, I was hired to this small to medium managed service provider to assist with computer building and troubleshooting, network backups, company startup, and system administration within small organization. I left this organization to move home for family commitments.
