Alex joined Stapleton Insurance Group in February 2012 as Executive Vice President after 20+ years as Leader of the Roemer Benefits Division specializing in New Business Development and Sales Management. His professional experience includes over 30 years in the Group Benefits Industry. Alex primarily focuses on new business development with the Stapleton Health & Benefits Department specializing in the creative assembly of corporate health plans and alternative funding methods. Prior to joining Roemer, he spent 8 years in the Financial Planning Industry and holds the designation of Chartered Life Underwriter. His knowledge of the Benefits Industry, the Insurance Companies and the Affordable Care Act is extensive as he has developed excellent relationships within his center of influences.In the Community Alex has served on many non-profit Boards over the years, but currently is heavily involved in the Rotary Club of Toledo serving various Board positions and is slated to be President of this prestigious club for the Rotary year 2020-2021. His passions with Rotary revolves around touching as many 501(c)-3's as possible through project funding, focusing on member engagement as well as providing advocacy for the benefit of mankind and those in need.He resides in Sylvania with his wife Mary and has three children, two of which are professionals working for Fortune 500 Companies and one still in college.. In his leisure time he enjoys working out, the outdoors, golfing with friends, visiting the local establishments or just hanging around the house cooking.
