I landed here in San Diego via the U.S. Navy in 2003 and made a home of this beautiful city. The transition into civilian life was at first a very bumpy road, but through meeting great people, and sharing knowledge of my experiences, and desire to always push forward through chaos, I found out that had I possessed the gift of gab for sales .Through out my career at Whole Foods Market; they have allowed me to pursue my creative approach to marketing various styles of cheese, beer, wine, and spirits which has led to my enhanced expertise of generating profit while minimizing losses. I truly enjoy the ebb and flow of Sales, and as a result I'm very open to more opportunities within multiple industries. In my personal life, I enjoy home-brewing with my wife and friends, turning wrenches on my Subaru, and disc golf. Specialty Cheese Manager
During my tenure with Jimbo's, I designed and curated their cheese program. Sales started slow, but through great team effort, we comped at 40% week after week. The customers were so welcoming to learning about new cheese and charcuterie, and we were excited to assist them on this beautiful journey. Hopefully we get to work together again. Cheers.
